From the creators of Scary Movie and Epic Movie comes Meet The Spartans. The heroic Leonidas, armed with nothing by leather underwear and a cape, leads a ragtag group of 13 - count 'em, 13! Spartans to defend their homeland against the invading Persians (whose ranks include Ghost Rider, Rocky Balboa, the Transformers, and a hunchbacked Paris Hilton).

Was very funny at the start but somewhere along the way it lost its funniness...abit disapointed with it.

Far too Americanised for an international audience, a lot of the jokes will *whoosh* right passed anyone not familiar with American TV shows/celebs. Parts of the film were amusing, the "fight" scenes were a slice of the silly pie, it does manage to stay on subject (ie 300) but it's not much cop.

Hard to describe... a few scenes made me roll my eyes and actually want to switch off the movie whereas other scenes had me in bits laughling. I think this movie is truely geared at Nicole Parker and Mad TV fans. If you like Nicole don't miss it cos she's the jewel of the movie :-)

0 out of 10  Worst film ever!
Andrew from Dublin, 20 Aug 2008
Probably the worst film I have ever seen in my life. Watched about 20 mins of this film and turned it off, put it back in its packaging and shoved it in the post. Trailer looks 100 times more interesting than the actual film (trust me)..

Mike from Cork, 02 Sep 2008
I'm glad I didn't waste money watching this in the cinema. It's quite rubbish. Very disappointing and not at all as hilarious as you might imagine from the trailers... I've rated it 3 just for the 3 laughs it actually gave me...

45 out of 100  Hilarious!
Deirdre from Dublin, 04 Feb 2009
If you're looking for a no-brainer - get this one. It sends up everyone from the American Idol judges to politicians to Ellen DeGeneres. It's wickedly stupid and funny - very enjoyable!
