- Does it matter where I live?
The service is only available in the republic of Ireland with An
Post delivering to all 26 counties (back to top)
- What is a rental queue?
Your rental queue is a list of films that you would like to see.
Place as many films in your rental queue and position them in the priority
you would like to see them. All films in a priority group are then sorted
alphabetically and are selected as such. We will send out your first
available choice in stock (back to top)
- How do I change my rental queue?
You can log on at any time to add new movies to your list or change
the order of preference of you movies. (back to top)
- How many movies can I have in my queue?
Your rental queue is unlimited but we strongly suggest that you keep
at least 15 titles so as to guarantee a steady flow of movies, especially
if you have joined our Platinum service.
PLEASE KEEP AMINIMUM OF 10 TITLES ON YOUR Rental queue AT ALL TIMES!

- How many movies can i rent
There is no limit. As soon as we receive your returned DVD we send
you out the next available DVD from your rental queue. On joining our
silver service 2 DVDs are sent to you. These DVDs can be returned together
or seperately and 2 replacement DVDs should be dispatched within 48hrs.
If you return a minimum of 2 DVDs per week you should receive a minimum
of 8 DVDs per month (back to top)
- How long can i keep them?
There are no late fees (usually €5+ per night from a video shop)
- you can keep the DVDs as long as you like once your account is funded
- so it's not a problem if you forget to return them. (back

- How do i recieve my Movies?

You return the DVDs in the prepaid envelope that is enclosed with
your movie, we pay all the postage both ways (back to

- How long does it take to get my DVDs?
80% of post sent in Ireland reaches its destination within 24 hours
with the remainder taking no longer than 2 days. Upon receiving DVDs
we will dispatch your next movies immediately!!! If you return a minimum
of 2 DVDs per week you should receive a minimum of 8 DVDs per month

- What are the advantages of renting DVDs online?
- We stock a range of quality movies the like of which is not available
from the major stores - manga, arthouse, foreign etc.
- There are no late fees
- We are convenient, saving you having to travel to the video store
to collect/return movies.
- We have a browsable database with more titles than any high street
store.
- If DVDs are promptly returned we are excellent value for money.

Problems |

- What happens if i don't recieve my DVD?
If a DVD gets delayed in the post simply notify us by email 4 working
days after dispatch and we will send a replacement immediately if in stock.
If not we will send the highest available film from you're list. Refunds
will be offered at management's discretion. We reserve the right to terminate
an account if there seems to be a problem with DVDs getting delayed as this
should very rarely happen (back to top)
- What happens if i lose the prepaid envelope?
Just send an email to support@screenclick.com requesting another
envelope. (back to top)
- What do i do if a DVD is unplayable?
We offer telephone and email support from 9-4. If a DVD is unplayable,
email us ASAP and a replacement will be sent immediately if in stock.
If not we will send the highest available film from you're list. Then
return the damaged disc in it's packaging (back to top)
- What do i do if i forget my password?
Simply click on "forgot password?" and send us your email address.
We will then forward you're a/c details to your email address immediately

- Why are films not sent in the order on my rental queue?
We try to send your high priority discs first and these will be selected in alphabetical order.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that a high priority disc will be sent as this depends on availability
of DVDs for a particular film. We send will the next available film from your rental queue (back to top)
